▪ SECTION 1: Prohibited Conduct (Harassment & Abuse Policy)
The User agrees to strictly adhere to all rules of conduct. Prohibited harassment and abuse include, but are not limited to, the following acts, which will result in mandatory disciplinary action:
▪ Use of vulgar language and obscenities.
▪ Slander, defamation, insults, or aggressive language directed towards other Users or Wolves Conquer employees.
▪ Content or speech of an extremely sexual, violent, racial, ethnic, or national nature, including associated slurs and symbols.
▪ Slurs or insults related to sexual orientation, or negative portrayals of major religions or religious figures.
▪ Releasing private, real-life information (Doxxing) or issuing threats of violence outside of the game environment.
▪ Slandering, promoting negative views, or inciting negative actions against the platform, the Company, or other Users across all Wolves Conquer channels (in-game, websites, or forums).
▪ Spamming of public chats (World and Talk) or Broadcasts, defined as excessive repetition of the same or similar phrases, incoherent text, or repeating the same message multiple times in a short duration.
▪ Impersonating system announcements, GMs, or Wolves Conquer staff to harass or scam other Users inside or outside the game.
▪ Promotion or advertising of non-Wolves-Conquer related games, businesses, organizations, or websites.
▪ Payment Finality and Waiver of Return: All payments processed for Virtual Items or services are deemed **final, non-refundable, and irrevocable** transfers of funds for the digital service rendered. The User expressly **waives all rights** to claim, seek, or demand refunds, returns, or chargebacks. This Agreement confirms that **no request for return** was made at the time of purchase.
▪ Virtual Goods Status: By utilizing the platform, the User acknowledges that Virtual Items are non-transferable, possess **no real-world monetary value**, and their existence is contingent upon the continued operational existence of the Company’s game or service.
▪ Chargeback/Dispute Constitutes Breach: Initiation of any formal financial dispute, claim, or reversal request (**Chargeback**) through any payment provider (including PayPal, Bitcoin, Mobile Payments, etc.) against a completed transaction represents a **material breach** of this Agreement. In the event of such a breach, the User's account will be subject to **immediate and mandatory suspension or ban** until the dispute is formally resolved, concluded in favor of the Company, or withdrawn by the User.
▪ Investigation and Delay: If applicable, Wolves Conquer reserves the right to delay any investigation or resolution related to a transaction until all internal or external financial cases are fully reviewed and resolved according to the terms required by this policy.
